Travelodge Feltham – filthy, noisy and badly managed
Jan 26th, 2012 | By | Category: Hotel Guest ComplaintsI have been staying at the Feltham Travelodge on a weekly basis because unfortunately I have no other choice.
I have been complaining to the reception about the poor state of the facilities, but nobody has done anything about it. Here are some examples:
- Someone vomited in the lobby of the 7th floor. The cleaners just scraped the vomit but didn’t wash the carpeted floor so a putrid smell spread all over the place. I asked why nobody bothered to clean and they said that they were yet to bring a cleaning machine. That went on for more than 1 week
- Cleaners quite often don’t empty the rubbish bins, change towels and clean the bedrooms between guests
- Toilets that don’t flush
- Dirty shower curtains
- Shower drains usually blocked by filthy, hair, you name it
- Carpets extremely dirty and stinking
- Chairs seats dirty and stinking
- TV remote control don’t work
- Noisy guests drinking on the corridor, banging doors and going rampant – nobody cares
- Check-in machines which are supposedly there to deliver the keys, don’t work
- Cleaners don’t leave soap in the bathroom
This summer that had the audacity of charging nearly £ 100 for a night if one stays in July, they should be paying the guests to stay in
